Returns & Refunds

MOSSÉE  Returns & Refunds

14‑Day Return Window

We want you to love your MOSSÉE pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or wear marks;
  • With all original tags and packaging attached;
  • Not a final‑sale or clearance item.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery;
  • Hair accessories (including headbands);
  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”.

Exchanges

We currently offer size and colour exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 – 7 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns.
  • MOSSÉE covers return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

Email our support team at enquiry@mossee.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if faulty)

 

We’ll reply with return instructions and your RMA number.
